License Agreement

• 01.01"You" and "Your" refer to any person or entity that acquires or uses the services of Flow Automations.
• 01.02"Services" refer to AI consulting, RPA solutions, software development, and custom automation solutions provided by AUTOMATION OFFICE SRL under the Flow Automations brand.
• 01.03"Internal Network" means a private network accessible only by the employees and authorized contractors of your specific company.
• 01.04"Authorized Users" means individuals explicitly permitted to access and use Flow Automations services under your business agreement.

Flow Automations grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to access and use our services solely for your internal business purposes, subject to the following conditions:

• 02.01Services may only be used as per your agreement or subscription plan.
• 02.02Services may not be shared, resold, sublicensed, or transferred without written consent.
• 02.03You may not modify, reverse-engineer, or attempt to discover the source code.
• 02.04You must comply with all applicable laws when using our services.

• 03.01Unauthorized access to Flow Automations services.
• 03.02Disrupting or interfering with service functionality.
• 03.03Engaging in illegal or unethical activities.
• 03.04Copying, modifying, or distributing Flow Automations services or technology.
• 03.05Removing or altering proprietary notices or trademarks.

Flow Automations reserves the right to terminate your access if:

• 04.01You violate any terms of this EULA.
• 04.02You fail to comply with payment terms.
• 04.03Your business contract or subscription expires without renewal.

Upon termination, you must immediately cease using Flow Automations' services.

Flow Automations provides its services "as is" without express or implied warranties. We do not guarantee:

• 05.01Reliability, availability, or accuracy of services.
• 05.02Liability for loss of data, revenue, or operational downtime.
• 05.03Any compensation exceeding the fees paid in the preceding 12 months.

• 06.01No liability for indirect, incidental, or special damages.
• 06.02No responsibility for loss of profits, business interruptions, or reputational harm.
• 06.03Liability is limited to the amount paid for the services.

• 07.01Governing Law: This EULA is governed by the laws of Romania.
• 07.02Dispute Resolution: Disputes will be resolved through arbitration or a court in Romania.
• 07.03Amendments: Flow Automations reserves the right to modify this EULA, with updates posted on our website.
