about how we work.
Most of the roles we offer are contract-based — typically B2B (PFA, SRL, or similar), freelance, or project-based. Some are long-term embedded engagements with our clients. A smaller number are permanent positions with Flow Automations directly.
When we have a role, we tell you upfront what kind of engagement it is, what the rate is, what the duration is, and who the client is (after NDA where required). We don't bait-and-switch and we don't pressure people into engagements that don't fit them.
If contract work isn't what you're looking for, that's fine — better to know now than after three interviews. If you're open to it, we have a steady pipeline of interesting work across automation, software engineering, AI, and senior consulting roles.
